the pool was closed without notice, no Spa and people were allowed in the club lounge without even being guests of the ritz.

This place had quite poor level comparing to other RITZ hotels I used to stay in. Breakfast was awful.

Great view from 34th floor, could see Shanghai Tower. Fluent English speaking staff, attentive and helpful. Constant water bottle replacements. Comfortable bed and bathrobe. Convenient location between two subway stations with shops and restaurants nearby. Would love to stay again in the future.

We had an amazing stay in a beautifully designed hotel in an upscale shopping district. The location was perfect, close to the metro and in the heart of the city center. The rooms were comfortable and the service was top-notch. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at one of the hotel's many restaurants. The mall attached to the hotel had everything we needed, making shopping and dining extremely convenient.

The only downside was that the pool could have been more enjoyable if the barrier between the inside and outer section was removed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown and close to some great shopping venues. Our luxurious suite room on the 45th floor was a dream, with a stunning city view. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. a truly unforgettable experience.

There have been some complaints about the lack of maintenance in certain areas of the hotel.

The hotel offered two complementary facts during my Easter stay which was a nice surprise. The location was key for my needs as it was close to many restaurants and shops. Additionally, the room was comfortable and well-maintained making my stay enjoyable.

Some staff members were not consistently customer service oriented. One duty manager was unhelpful and even suggested I go to another hotel if I was unsatisfied.

Located on the bustling street surrounded by designer shops and several shopping malls, the hotel is perfect for exploring the upscale shopping district. With amazing views of the Jing'an temple lit up at night, guests can relax in spacious rooms with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The service is exceptional, as staff members like Erin leave personal notes and make you feel at home. Enjoy an incredible breakfast buffet and treat yourself to the Jetlag treatment at the spa.

The gym is cramped and old-fashioned.

I had a wonderful stay at a great property in a central location. The hotel had all the modern facilities I needed, including a gym, spa, pool, and shopping area. The staff was helpful and made my stay comfortable. The prime location also provided easy access to wonderful shopping districts nearby. The overall experience was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities, including the amazing swimming pool and spa massage.
